Seated Strict Press x 3-4 reps
Rest 2-3 minutes
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
4 Bar Muscle-Ups or Strict Pull-Ups
8 Dumbbell Push Presses
12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
