Barbell cycling is NOT Olympic Weightlifting! It is unique to the sport aspect of CrossFit. This is a skill that needs to be practiced separate from Olympic Weightlifting. We need to know how to move light loads for high reps efficiently. This day is designed for learning the different variations and strategies to help you create your own game plan for workouts and competitive events. Here is what will be covered:
Snatch Movements
Shoulder-to-Overhead Movements
Ground-to-Overhead Movements
We will run some timing tests with different options to find the best one for you. We will finish the day with one workout that will give you the opportunity to put what you've learned into practice.
