20 Scap Push-Ups 
10 Bird Dogs (each Side)
15 Single Leg Calf Raises (each leg)

Followed by. . .

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
800 Meter Run (approximately 4 minutes of solid effort on a rower, bike or any other apparatus)
60 Double-Unders (Jumping Jacks)
20 Burpees

Followed by. . .

10 rounds of Tabata (:20 on/:10 off)
