Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes:
Snatch x 1.1 reps @ 85% of 1-RM
(rest 5-10 seconds between singles)

Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes for times:
400 Meter Run
12 Strict Pull-Ups
24 Push-Ups
