Back Squat

*Set 1 - 5 reps @ 70% of 1-RM
*Set 2 - 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 3 - 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 4 - 5 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 5 - Max Reps @ 78-80%
(allow only one full breath cycle at the top of each rep)

B.
Three rounds for time of:
20 Pull-Ups
20 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
400 Meter Run
