Station 2 - Handstand Push-Ups x 8-12

Station 3 - Pistol Squats x 8-10 each leg

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

12 Box Jumps 24/20"

9 Push Press 115/75 lbs.

6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
