Three rounds for time of:

Run 200 Meters

4-6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Run 200 Meters

6-8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups/Pull-Ups

OR

2-4 Muscle-Ups


Rest 5 minutes, and then repeat the three rounds again. 

 

B.  

Every minute, on the minute, for 9 minutes of:

Minute 1 – Single-Arm Hand Plank x 60 seconds (30 seconds each arm)

Minute 2 – V-Ups x 15 reps

Minute 3 – Seated Piked Double Leg Lift x 15 reps
