10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35lbs)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
10/7 Calorie Echo/Assault Bike
20 Single Arm Push Press (10 each arm - 50/35lbs)

1 works while 1 rests, then switch

At the 27:00 mark, rest 3 minutes, then...

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
15 Feet Anchored Sit-Ups
25 Foot Farmer Hold Walking Lunge (50/35lbs)
