Front Squat

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%

*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 70-75%

*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80-85%

*Set 4 – 2 reps @ 85-90%

*Set 5 – 1 rep @ 95%

*Set 6 – 3 reps @ as heavy as possible

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

 

*Goal is a heavier 3 than last week"

 

B.  

In teams of 3, alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

3 Squat Cleans 185/125 lbs

6 Box Jumps 30/24 "
