*Sets 1-4 – Power Clean to a “Heavy” Double

*Sets 5-7 – Power Clean to a “Heavy” Single

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:

Odd Minutes – Power Clean x 2 reps

(select the heaviest load you can keep for the 10 sets)

Even Minutes – Run 200 Meters
