Power Snatch x 2 reps @ 70-75% of 1-RM Snatch

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:

Minute 1 – 10-15 Kettlebell Swings

Minute 2 – 8-10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Minute 3 – 10 Toes to Bar
