followed by as many rounds as possible of:

Partner 1: 4/2 Muscle-Ups (or Strict Pull-Ups) + 8 Handstand Push-Ups (or Push-Ups) + 12 Dumbbell Snatch

Partner 2: Plank Hold

Partner 3: Rest
