Deadlift

*Set 1 – 6 reps @ 50-60%

*Set 2 – 4 reps @ 65-75%

*Set 3 – 2 reps @ 80-85%

*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 65-75%

*Set 5 – 4 reps @ 80-85%

*Set 6 – 2 reps @ 90%

Rest 4 minutes between sets, and use that time to work on a gymnastic skill work of your choice

B. 

Three rounds for time of:

20 Toes-to-Bar

40 Kettlebell Swings 24/16 kg

60 Double-Unders
