Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:

Back Squat x 4 reps @ 85% of today’s heavy single

 

B.  

Against a 3-minute running clock, complete the following for times:

60 Double-Unders

30 Wall Ball Shots

Max Reps Muscle-Ups or Strict Pull-Ups

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat for a total of 3 sets.
