Run 800 Meters

20 Alternating Pistols

10 Burpees to a 6" Target

30-Foot Handstand Walk (or 30-45 second handstand hold)

20 Hollow Rocks

1 Rope Climb (Legless if possible)

30-Foot Handstand Walk (or 30-45 second handstand hold)
