Back Squat x 2-3 reps @ 30X1

Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:

Minute 1 – 12-15 / 8-10 Calorie Assault Bike

Minute 2 – 6 Dumbbell Burpee Box Step Overs

Minute 3 – 20 Double-Unders + 8-12 Toes-to-Bar
