Handstand Walk x 30-50 Feet

Alternating Pistols x 16-20 reps

 

B.  

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups + 5 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups

20 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Dumbbells/Kettlebells

30 AB Mat Sit-Ups
