Rest 60 seconds
Max Push Press @ 60% of Today’s 3RM

3RM Suggested Loading:
*Set 1 – 3 @ 60%
*Set 2 – 3 @ 65-70%
*Set 3 – 3 @ 70-75%
*Set 4 – 3 @ 75-80%
*Set 5 – 3 @ 80+%
