*Pause for 2 seconds in the receiving position of ALL reps.

At the 16:00 mark…

Three sets of:
6-8 Push Press @ 60-65% of 1RM Jerk
Rest 60-90 seconds between sets

1200 Meter Run
60 Pull-Ups
30 Deadlifts (225/155lbs)

*Partition all movements/reps however.
